It takes the explorer "a few" hours to reflect a missing disk in a 3node. Is this what we want? #226

One of the TFGrid farmers has taken out a disk (HDD) from a live 3node system. He monitored his system on the explorer nd it took several hours for the "new" situation to be reflected.

Is this in line with the specs and requirements of the explorer.
how accurate do we need/want the explorer information to be?

at least an hour and up to 3 hours to get the node updates
