Disclose bridge transaction fee #29

The Stellar bridge takes a 1 TFT transaction fee. Users who try sending 1 TFT will be refunded without explaination. I propose adding a note about this to the relevant pages.

Added on devnet, will be deployed on testnet and mainnet today
