Version v1.4.1-rc2 Deployed on Testnet

My node image when i choose 203 node , by deploring - error Error: Error: Failed to create contract on node: 203 due to Failed to apply createNodeContract in module smartContractModule with 203,,d4420a1f8579c52fe2cda9e36df5b228,1 due to error: FarmHasNotEnoughPublicIPsFree when i choose another nodes i have error - Node(204) might be down or doesn't have enough resources.
