add credits to about or somewhere in the menu of the app

We need to credit all things that we make use of with the correct versions, names and technology.

@DylanVerstraete please help complete these form with any technology/JS libraries that you can think of that you used, noting the version/commit and license type. Also make sure that any license we use has the license included. I guess when we use NPM that is done automatically as part of npm install???
