Sending tokens fails without error when "From" wallet not selected #258

When trying to send tokens, the send tokens button simply does nothing when a wallet to send from is not selected.

To reproduce (may require having multiple wallets in app):

  1. Go to main wallet page
  2. Click green arrows transfer icon
  3. Construct transaction or scan qr code
  4. Press send tokens button

DESIRED: show message indicating that the user must select a wallet to send from
