There is an official chart based on the one mentioned in the issue. Linked the PRs for the chart and the chatflow. https://github.com/tootsuite/mastodon/tree/main/chart

A more recent chart with some modifications was deployed successfully, it's still at https://github.com/abom/mastodon-chart for now (until we have threefold connect).
