zos tool has no way to start aborted vb vms #89

Installation information

operating system: osx
zos version zos --version: 0.1.0
target zero-os version zos ping:

Detailed description

A user hads to know from errormessages that the zos vm is not running and go through the virtualbox app to restart it.

zos ping
Connection refused
ERROR [-]can't reach zos

Expected behavior

Either zos starts the vm or has a command to start the vm using the commandline

Actual behavior

zos ping
Connection refused
ERROR [-]can't reach zos
