revisit ssh execution commands #97

for some reason lots of problems with layering ssh now. revisit the flow idea: always start from ubuntu (if that still working) and layer the required flist later on (store that info in zos:containerid:startflist)

@zaibon what is your thought on this? I prefer a way of not needing an Ubuntu.
