1 year ago An image is just forwarded as-is to the mobile app. This means the mobile app decides on the re-encoded quality which you can influence in the mobile app settings.
Please note that Threema Web is in maintenance mode and that the successor, Threema Desktop 2.0, will most certainly provide a quality setting.
The image quality of an image pasted from clipboard (e.g. screenshot) is so bad that it is not possible to read any text on the screenshot. I'd be nice if we could set the quality or even send the original (not as a file).
