Implement Web interface for Staking #3

Create a web interface on the crypts and caverns site to allow users to:

  1. Stake/unstake dungeons
  2. See how many rewards they've earned
  3. Claim said rewards

Placeholder UI below (have designer lined up for more polished site). staking-poc
