MVDream easy to generate dotted and strange textures?

Could you explain the reason and give some tips？

Me too. I've noticed it gets worse when using the stable renderer extension. My results without the extension generally aren't quite this bad but for instance characters do often end up with sparkly(noisy) or dotted patterns on their clothing and skin.

My workaround is to generate the shape using mvdream, then using it to initialize either dreamfusion or prolific dreamer to retexture and smooth out the result.

Edit: I don't ever use the stable rendering extension with mvdream because of how bad the results look
