Thumbnails for mr-fix packages #123

MR-Fix packages that fix mixed reality for quest 3 don't have thumbnails. The package name includes .mrf for example: com.kluge.SynthRiders => com.mrf.kluge.SynthRiders Maybe launcher can detect them and use the main package thumbnail.
