Update to web3-react v8, get rid of craco #563

Depends on https://github.com/keep-network/tbtc-v2/issues/509

During the work on https://github.com/threshold-network/token-dashboard/pull/560 we had to do some workarounds given we are on an old node version because of https://github.com/keep-network/tbtc-v2/issues/509. Once the problem is solved in tBTC SDK, we'd like to upgrade dependencies and get rid of craco.
