Addresses the review comments in #643.

Main changes:

Fix the error default messages (see https://github.com/threshold-network/token-dashboard/pull/643#discussion_r1400836827)
Remove isWalletConnected property (see https://github.com/threshold-network/token-dashboard/pull/643#discussion_r1400683511)
Refactor disabling the button for token amount form (see https://github.com/threshold-network/token-dashboard/pull/643#discussion_r1400800495)
