Automatic prod deployments #7

To enable prod deployments just like for the dashboard, we need to implement GItHub action deploying to threshold.network bucket based on the one for Threshold Token Dashboard. The action should be protected by CODEOWNERS file pointing to @pdyraga @nkuba and @lukasz-zimnoch.

Bucket on prod is created, I hope someone from the dApp team can implement the action @Battenfield.

Once the action is created, I'd appreciate the review from @nkuba as well as setting mainnet protected environment in this repository settings. Given the credentials we need to add to the config, I've made you a sole admin of this repo @nkuba.
