Add Immunefi Bug Bounty program section #97

Closes: #80

Creates a Bug Bounty section that showcase Immunefi Bug Bounty program.

To test:

  1. Clone repo,
  2. Swithc to branch add-link-to-immunefi-bug-bounty-program,
  3. Install dependencies with yarn install,
  4. Run yarn install,
  5. To also test admin page run yarn start-local-netlify in a separate console window.

Hi @michalsmiarowski , Please re-export the image at a resolution that is at least 2x. It looks a bit blurry on my Mac. (can also be exported as .svg)

Make sure we also include the link in the footer. bottom
