:white_check_mark: Blackhaven Rider v1.1 Tweaked by removing the [power] icon and adding 1 STR.
:white_check_mark: Robert's Rebellion v1.1 Tweaked through lowering the income to 2, but altering the Forced Interrupt to discard 2 power to all players who have lost a [power] challenge, rather than just you.
:white_check_mark: Tarle the Thrice-Drowned v1.3 Buffed through giving him renown. Ability wording slightly tweaked as well (no mechanical change).
:white_check_mark: Maester Joseran v1.1 Tweaked by removing the [intrigue] icon and adding 1 STR.
:white_check_mark: Tywin Lannister v1.2 Tweaked through limiting his ability to once per round, and raising his STR to 7. This is aimed as a safety mechanism for a power-gain ability based around a resource that the ability does not depleat to use.
:white_check_mark: Qyburn v1.1 Tweaked through removing his [power] icon, adding 2 STR and removing the character from the game rather than shuffling into it's owners deck.
:white_check_mark: Lann the Clever v1.3 Tweaked to remove the "cannot be cancelled", but allow the option to gain 1 power rather than 3 gold.
:white_check_mark: The Sack of King's Landing v1.1 Buffed through raising income to 5, and reserve to 6.
:white_check_mark: The Throne of Dorne v1.1 Slightly buffed through adding +1 Reserve.
:white_check_mark: The Dornish Wars v1.1 Nerfed through lowering reserve to 5, and limiting the ability to twice per phase rather than 3 per phase.
:white_check_mark: The Watch Needs Good Men v1.2 Slightly buffed through raising the Initiative to 2, and Reserve to 6.
:white_check_mark: Karstark Lancer v1.2 Tweaked by removing it's [power] icon and raising STR to 2, and reverting ability to simply be a Interrupt, rather than forced. Card name has also been tweaked to better reflect a mono-con [military] character.
:white_check_mark: The Hour of the Wolf v2.2 Buffed through raising the Initiative to 9, and Reserve to 7.
:white_check_mark: Naught But Ashes v1.2 Buffed through removing the "Max once per round".
:white_check_mark: Dickon Tarly v1.1 Buffed very slightly through switching his limit to once per phase, rather than round.
:white_check_mark: Olenna's Wheelhouse v1.1 Buffed slightly through raising bestow to 3.
:white_check_mark: Jalabhar Xho v1.2 Buffed through lowering his Cost to 2, and STR to 4. This is aimed to make the trade between you marshaling Jalabhar vs your opponent stealing with 1 power a little more in your favor, as 3 gold can roughly equal 1 power. You should get more of a benefit for putting him in your deck than your opponent(s).

:white_check_mark: At the Tower of Joy v1.2 Nerfed through lowering its Income to 3.
:white_check_mark: Battle on the Green Fork v1.1 Buffed through raising its Initiative to 7, and Reserve to 6.
:white_check_mark: Enemies In Every Shadow v1.2 Tweaked through raising Income to 6, and lowering Reserve to 4.
:white_check_mark: Open Revolt v1.1 Nerfed through raising the number of removed plots required for the bonus ro 3 (3 removed = 4 power), and tweaked through counting War plots as well for deckbuilding versatility. Adjustment has been in consideration for a while, and will require some focused testing with BotT.
:white_check_mark: The Gift of Mercy v1.3 Nerfed through the Reaction triggering on you winning (rather than an opponent losing), and the Interrupt gaining you 2 power for 3 or more Valar Morghulis tokens on that character.
