Added the Warning Highlighting on Dev Mode Information.

I don't think this is necessary anymore, as the script shows a warning message if the Dev Mode app is detected since version 0.0.5. (And since 0.0.6, that functionality should actually work on webOS 3.5.) It's an alert, so it won't disappear until they hit the OK button.

If people miss that, they're not going to notice something in README.md.
