Migrate to Vite (Vue 3)

[x] PWA with auto update.
[x] SSR 에서는 모든 경로를 Redirect 해서 사용한다. 이 때, 파일 업로드 후, /etc/thumbnail.php 와 /files 폴더를 올바로 사용 할 수 있도록 Nginx 설정 수정.
[x] Vite-SSR 플러그인 사용

- [x] async/await 한 데이터가 SEO 형식으로 들어가야 한다.

- Like cafe, app settings, banner settings, (these data are mostly read only. state does not change.)
  - Get these from backend whenever need. And ApiService should cache and reuse it without reconnecting to server.
- The only thing that needs to be put into global state is
  - the data that changes. like
    - User profile(for login, logout)
    - Chat new message number.

- There is no submodule anymore. but arrange it nicely.
[x] Use matrix (not centerx).
- Run matrix with port 4301.
- App will use port 430
- Only real production, docker will only bind 4301 for SSL.
  - And client will use 430.
