Build an SMS Text Service ( SMS Gateway ) to send SMS ( in the philippines ).

  1. Create an App which send SMS message.
  2. Create the Job forum which serve phone numbers and which schedules of SMS.
  3. Let the app connect to Job forum to get SMS number and message and send. Do it over again.
