Git lacks a lot of functionality on ITS.
Especially on Deadline of each work,
searching by deadline,
searching option list and its combination search ( you have to memorize the search option and even it lacks a lot ),
privilege of permission ( any one can close in git issue without confirming )
Put a server status monitor.
