Also, kindly let me know of any major faults. It has been a long time since I used it, so, there is a slight possibility that I uploaded the wrong version.

@umartechboy is the bootloader already compiled to Debug/stk500boot_v2_mega2560.hex in your repo? As stated in the readme, I could not find 2boots.hex on your github. If you could confirm, that would be great. Thanks!

It looks like you are right. There are two hex files and I'm not sure because i might have done the naming wrong. You need to build it again. Let me know if you do. I dont have an atmel studio installation on this machine.
