Crashes VS Code On Mac #22

I can't be positive this preview extension is to blame but when using the extension and editing HTML files VS Code will crash many times throughout the day. If the preview pane is not open VS Code does not crash. The extension works for periods of time (10-15 minute editing sessions for example) before crashing. I haven't identified anything specific but sometimes a simple edit in the HTML brings up the beach ball, VS Code becomes unresponsive and the crash reporter dialog from Apple appears.

Running macOS 10.14.6 and VS Code 1.37.1

Same issue here on 1.42.1 VS Code with macOS 10.15.1
