Provide native interface to add friends. #104

Right now we launch a web browser for the user to add or remove friends in 
foursquare. We should provide a pretty user-interface to do that in the 
native app.

This is blocking on an API to add/remove friends.

Adding friends is in, but we need to add an interface for removing friends. 
Perhaps this can be just a button on 
the user-details activity. Will open this as a separate issue.
