Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. 由于苹果默认关闭了应用在 iPhone 上使用高刷新率的权利（iPad Pro 不受影响），thuinfo 在配备高刷屏的 iPhone 上依然只能以 60Hz 的刷新率来显示，导致过渡动画会有肉眼可见的不流畅。

Describe the solution you'd like 参考开发者文档的这个页面，在 apps/thu-info-app/ios/thu_info/Info.plist 中添加一个 property <key>CADisableMinimumFrameDurationOnPhone</key><true/> 即可。
