Can we use the dpm solver v3 in diffusers?

Thanks for your interest in DPM-Solver-v3! We have not integrated it into diffusers, since it requires pre-computing the EMS for each pretrained diffusion model. But we do have such a plan in one or two months. Currently, we already provide the code examples which can be used in the research community.
