Comprehensive Functionality table update ? #924

Just a suggestion.

There are many new framework these years, is there possible to add them into Comprehensive Functionality table to compare? like: https://github.com/OpenRL-Lab/openrl https://github.com/opendilab/DI-engine https://github.com/vwxyzjn/cleanrl https://github.com/AI4Finance-Foundation/ElegantRL

In the other side, in the Comprehensive Functionality table, some frameworks have been dead. like https://github.com/keras-rl/keras-rl https://github.com/chainer/chainerrl

is there plan to remove them from the table or add a column "last updated" ? (can easily get from claude.ai or other ai ~)

This will be updated before the 1.0.0 release, but probably not very soon, since it's not of high priority. This issue can serve for a future discussion on what exactly to write in the table
