Flash content disappears when using wmode=transparent

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. set wmode=transparent
2. Open in firefox 3
3. flash content disappears

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect Firefox to set it to transparent but it disappears

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
3.0.6

wmode issues are generic flash/browser issues and are not caused by SWFObject.

I am now using Flex js for embedding the application, with the JS from adobe it 
does 
work
