Run scripts in docker with two TIFFs, no output #2

Hello,

First, thanks for this! Looks awesome. I'm a student at Maitripa in Portland, studying Classical Tibetan and Buddhism.

I ran the docker container and the scripts, but I'm getting no output. I bash'd into the docker container itself and ran some of the commands there directly, still no luck. The preprocess isn't actually putting any files in the data/out directory. Just for fun, I tried copying my unprocessed TIFFs into the data out directory and running the OCR against them, but still getting nothing.

Any ideas?

Never mind. Must have been something about the TIFF format. Working now. Thanks!
