Hello, I had a little question about your code~ After you get RNA secondary structures,how do you determined the exact elements i.e. S, M, H, I, B and E, which stand for stem,multiloop, hairpin loop, internal loop, bulge and external regions, respectively. For example : AATAACGCTG correspongding to SSMSSSHHHH... Is there a software ?
