Java API has been completed with a lot of evolutions:

first Unit Tests are now available, they verify if Todoist Credentials are well managed
a CI/CD workflow has been set up to auto-deploy the API when it is modified

We miss yet other Unit Tests, to test API's services, and to auto-test the deployment, once done.
