TETFN and CENET models added #78

Update Statements:

  1. Add supports for recent MSA baselines, including TETFN and CENET.
  2. Add supports for SIMS v2.0 dataset.
  3. Fix Previous bugs for multitask learning, referring to Issue 69.
  4. Fix previous bugs for avg pool alignment.
  5. Updating experimental results for all Baselines on three provided benchmark datasets, Please refer to results/result-stat.md.
