@CuongNN218 that's a strange request. I find that you are a PhD Student working closely with Dr. Cuong V. Nguyen, and LEEP / NCE are his papers. Why not ask your PhD supervisor for the code?

I have an unofficial implementation of LEEP and NCE, but I find that there is no official implementation. As a result, I think it would be better if Dr. Cuong V. Nguyen can release the code for LEEP and NCE. Only if he cannot do it, I can release an unofficial implementation.

Yep, I know it a quite strage question but His work was done when he was at AWS. Therefore, the code is confidential. So currently, he can’t do it.
