General updates and fixes.

Dear thunder-spb,

at first i want to say thank you for your amazing work to publish a helper class for the public world of tanks api. I would like to improve it a bit and would like to improve it later again, so it would be nice if you would merge my changes into your master branch to publish this improvments to all other which also can use this.

What i have done:

• renamend WotClass.php to wot.class.php to align with wot-defaults.php
• removed old account rating call
• added new ratings calls
• refactored some code pieces and aligned code formatting to psr
• added full phpDoc for code completion

All calls are tested excluded ->getWiki()

Feel free to ask me if i should improve something from my work.

Hi @JohnnyDevNull! Thanks for you amazing work!) I am is first author of this class and merge them to this repo for create unity place for wot api help. Them creates in very old time when wot API state has alfa-test status. Very happy to see useful that for any people. And more more happy for you improve and update them. Thanks, very nice work! I believe @thunder-spb merge you pull request in little time.
