Booking requests should have an expiration time. @devmount wanted to discuss this more.

Yes, thank you Mel. When somebody requests a booking time slot, the owner gets an email to either accept or deny that request. So questions are:

Do we want to limit this decision time for the time slots not being blocked forever?
How long should this expiration time be?
What happens, if a request expires? Will the attendee and the owner get a notification about the expiration?

Expire after 72-week, if there's less time between booking and meeting time then expire an hour before meeting.

Let's make pending bookings expire after 48 hours (or until meeting) of no response, we should update the email as well.
