Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. We should support a multitude of languages, but we currently only have EN and DE

we should investigate https://weblate.org/en/hosting/ as an option. I've used https://www.smartling.com/resources/101/localization-services-what-do-they-entail/ at a previous position and they've been great as well.
