Add Microsoft support #635

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Here's a user request: reddit comment, it's pretty much a deal breaker for those engrossed in a Microsoft environment.

Describe the solution you'd like Similar to how we add Google Meet or Zoom integrations, we should incorporate MS Teams so we can create a meeting on their behalf. Looks like we'll have to use Microsoft Graph's online meeting API

Seems like Microsoft Graph API is what is needed for both calendar event reading/creating, and for Teams video meeting creation.
