Some fields are editable while schedule is deactivated #686

The quick link field, and weekday selection are still editable while the schedule is disabled. They should display the "no" cursor and not be interactable.

Minor addition, the zoom checkbox isn't in a disabled state when zooms not connected. I can't remember if we had that before but we should probably stick it in.
