Requests to autoconfig.thunderbird.net aren't cached #127

A GET request to (e.g.) https://autoconfig.thunderbird.net/v1.1/outlook.com comes back with an etag header implying it should be cached, but there's also an expires header with a time in the recent past, which says it should not be cached.

Actually I think I'm wrong here. Or possibly it's changed, as I just reported what I saw the other day without checking it first. 🤦‍♂️
