Rename instances of thundernest to thunderbird.

Git sure knows how to mess up large text edits. This might need an extra check from @jobisoft or whoever is familar with these docs the most.

Not to be merged until we do the switch over.

I did a quick grep for thundernest and didn't find any instances so it seems they've all been removed.
