Add macOS usage info to supported-webextension-api #175

The documentation does not let you know that the runtime API behaves slightly differently on macOS, as mentioned in https://github.com/thunderbird/developer-docs/issues/147. The main difference is that on macOS, Thunderbird will look for native messaging manifests in a different directory. I hope this will help future developers wanting to use native messaging in their addons on macOS!

(This also fixes two whitespace typos elsewhere on the page.)
