Exporting all mails from a folders tree without the folders? #376

  1. Is it possible to export only all mails from a folders tree without the folders, meaning only the contained mails? The result was only the mails in the top root folder without the ones in subfolders. Am I doing something wrong or isn't this possible? Importing single mails is possible.
  2. Importing Outlook pst/ost files not possible?

@romykl If I understand correctly you are asking if you can export with subfolders, however, you want all messages including those in the subfolders to be combined into a single export folder, yes? If that is correct then the answer is no. There is an option which is close and may be usable with an extra step. If you use Export folder with subfolders (simple) this takes the subfolder messages and places them in a mbox in a single export folder. So this gets you one folder with one mbox per subfolder. Now you should be able to concentrate all the mboxes with OS commands into a single mbox file.

Regarding your second question, unfortunately no I don't deal with PST files, just too much stuff... @cleidigh
