Installed in TB 102 but not show on Tools menu? #395

Hi,

Im trying to migrate/import from Outlook 2019 to Thuberbird 102.9.0 and your tool is recommned. However, after Addon install the option Tools > ImportExportTools is not showing.
I have restarted Thunderbird and I have checked the Addon is Enabled.

Any ideas why it would be showing?

After some further closed issues investigation it seems its a common problem as it Only installs under the Main (Alt+V) menu -> Tools at bottom. Im new to TB so wasnt aware of this hidden menu, apologies.

However, seems it doesnt have the Import Outlook PST file option I was expecting - does your Addon not Support Outlook PST file Import?

@wdrury-uk Thanks for the post. Sorry for the confusion, I think you were referring to the " hamburger " menu. I do have to add that as more people use it. As far pst, I don't support that unfortunately. If I recall you can export to a standard like eml or mbox which IETNG does support. @cleidigh
