No longer works under Thunderbird 125.0.

@Kalinette Thanks for the post. You are correct, as the addon page indicates, it's compatible with the current 115 release, not beta. I am just now starting the process to update for the next esr. I have a lot of structure changes, but I will be releasing betas along the way. I will flag you when I have the first beta. @cleidigh
