Question: What is the difference between a backup and a profile export? #617

What the difference between a backup and profile backup?

Also, is their a downloadable manual, please?

@briandconnolly First there are no stupid questions (changed title). I will answer your second question first. Unfortunately no I don't have a manual, there is help, but it's menus and some sections for certain features like filenaming. I am disabled and have to program by eye gaze so I'm barely keeping up with updates and issues.

Now your main question, backup vs profile export is a good one. The primary differences are backups can be scheduled on shutdown and profiles can be managed with the profile manager whereas backups need to be dealt with manualy. Both can save the whole profile or just mail. So it's a bit subtle. @cleidigh
