Create or modify troubleshooting article that explains how to get Thunderbird console logs #29

Alex: I mean when we're triaging and we ask the user "Do you see any error in your Thunderbird console?", and the user replies "How do I access that?", it would be nice to have a quick link to the specific shortcut or a small HowTo article so we don't have to manually write it everytime

Three steps:

  1. Control Shift J / Command Shift J
  2. Save all messages to file
  3. profit :-) somehow put these messages into a place other folks can access them e.g. pastebin
