Add skeleton Thunderbird app #7779

This adds a new module hosting a skeleton version of the Thunderbird for Android app.

It should help to discover areas where we need to adapt the codebase on the journey to Thunderbird for Android.

There are even more changes comming that affect this same code and there is only one way to merge quickly and continue with the changes.
