Replace links to MDN documentation #111

On the Get Involved page we should replace the links to the MDN Documention to the relevant developer.thunderbird.net locations.

Indeed. And in the MDN doc, point to DTN where appropriate. (I was just looking at that a couple days ago, but I don't have the requisite knowledge to make the mappings and decisions.)
