The linked calendar is correct. In addition to holidays/non-working days, it includes memorial days (working days)

Great! We are autogenerating calendars now based on API data from calendarific so these sorts of updates should happen automatically.

The new autogen calendars are linked here on the website. Since this system is new, we have not yet overwritten the old calendars but we likely will do so in a month or two.
