Update all logos #479

Fixes #444 This updates all the logos across the site.

Looks mostly good, but I see the basic favicon.ico went from 15KB -> 100KB. That's a large favicon, is that necessary?

Probably not. I will check it out and update. I think it probably includes too many sizes that are not needed.

@Sancus updated. Should be a much more reasonable size now.
